me introduce myself. My Name is Todd Seibel and
I own and operate Advantage Inspection of Charleston.
I've been a Licensed Residential Builder for the
Charleston Area for over 25 years and have come
to enjoy all the Low Country has to offer. With
years in the Building Industry I have worked with
Inspectors and Trades to insure the Home Owner
receives the best built home possible and with
the knowledge of the home building process behind
me, I can assure you of the highest - quality
and in depth home inspection service possible.
I know what to look for in new or existing homes,
and when I find a problem, I have the benefit
of licensed and certified, engineers, plumbers,
electricians, HVAC technicians and code inspectors
to assist in any discrepancies in home inspection.
