Rock Hill , South Carolina - Advantage Inspection, a home inspection company serving homeowners, home inspectors and REALTORS has added another new franchise to the parent company's network. The company's newest addition is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Formerly known as Sherlock Homes Inspections, this 20 year old company joins the Southeast's largest home inspection organization to bring a “Higher Level of Certainty®” to their clients through a recognizable brand and products and services that serve a wider market. And best of all, Sherlock Homes Inspections will now qualify for for America's most comprehensive and "No Denied Claims®" home warranty.
Advantage Inspection currently has locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. The new franchise in Rock Hill is owned by Mr. and Mrs. William Kay. William is a veteran home inspector and was involved in the creation of the South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors.
William and his team of inspectors have attended an intensive training program at the company's corporate headquarters and will be celebrating their grand re-opening under the Advantage brand throughout the month of October.
